● When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
● When your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s): Negate that Special Summon, and if you do, destroy the monster(s).
● When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
● When your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s): Negate that Special Summon, and if you do, destroy the monster(s).

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Herald of Glorious Light". Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 12 or more.
Yet another add-on to "Herald of Perfection" decks,it's not hard to get out even tho you can't use Advanced Ritual Art to summon it.It's Ritual spell is unbalanced as it says "no" to your responses,It's sad they decided to add that,oh well another format for Ophion I guess.
