Thirsty for an online game!

Well the title says it all I am looking for some cool online game which:
1.Requires skill(not money)to play
2.Has a good(anime if possible)theme
3.A good launcher(unlike something like lost saga or LoL)
4.Is free to play
5.And doesn't super mega ultra fast internet speed
is not filled with:
1.Lags
2.No lifers
3.Stupidity
4.Nabs who don't know a single English word
5.Anzobusers
Games I have tried:
1.LoL(is good but is full of lags not worth it also I don't like it when you are forced to play in taems)
2.Lost Saga(The launcher sucks does anyone know a better link?)
3.Eden Eternal(Same as Lost Saga)
4.Elseworld...or something like that(Same as 2 above also I am not raelly interested in this game since Sayonis said it sucked)
5.Haerthstone(A good example...but it gets boring sometimes)
6.DDtanks2(another good example but sadly no low level servers that I know)
7.DCUO(totally Pay to Play I have no idae what that F2P is doing on the site)
8.DMO(Has no pvp)
9.YGO(You know it!)
aaaand that's all I guess...I would appreciate your help.

Play Flappy Bird, it's the only game that fits your description.

Your requirements are high I'm not sure there's even one that meets everything.

They look good I will try them

Dragon Nest is fun. I played it before it's released back at E3 2011, and since then it has grown considerably. It may look easy at first, but you unlock harder modes and dungeons etc.

The looks are a bit kiddy but anime. It requires skill since every fighting move you do is you controlling the character and combining skills, so there's no simple point and click.

A little repetitive here and there, and the best looking armors are bought from the cash shop, but if you don't care about it then you'll be all right.

I used to be all over Ghost X Ultimate. It's level based and button-mashy, but you still have to not suck. It's not like most MMOs where you hit something, wait a sec, get hit by an opponent, wait a sec, hit again.

You have this eyeball thing floating around after you. You press tab and it becomes your weapon (Small sword, Heavy Sword, Gauntlet, Gunblade, Dual Blades) and you can collect a variety of weapon-creatures which you fuse to make better weapon-creatures. It gets pretty addictive once you've gained some momentum.

Or you could simply wait for ArcheAge to be released.

Play vindictus, i think thats nice and not a root and shoot game

Actually it was the 1st game that I was gonna try but found no good fast download links and gave up I would be happy if you had one.
