Is there any way to get rid of lag in LoL?

I'm trying to play NA server back and it's laggy like hell. Normal Zed has already teleported enough and now + lag = teleport master. So any way?

P/S: raishion didn't know that you added me lol. Didn't even use that account. I play in my country's server.

Also, I play with 250 ping on NA and it sucks, that is why I'm trying to level up my account on EU, where i have 90 ping. But, an easy way to at least reduce the lag is to close everything on your computer but LoL, literally everything, all background programs too. I even used AVG PC Tune Up to force some programs to close. Other method is to use Ethernet cable and not Wireless connection, it helped me a lot.

Don't listen to them.
All you have to do is make sure LoL is the only program running that uses your internet.
If you have programs who search for updates all the time while they are on like "Rainmeater" make sure to turn them off.Also try to to issue to many commands,the less the better.
You should try playing an alone game versus bots to check out your ping.That's all I can do for you :/.
The non-stop teleportig is caused by internet,so is game frizzing.
How do I know it is?
My Laptop can run LoL on Max settings at 30 FPS ._..And since my internet's 124 kb/ps it has to be the internet ._..

I lowed everything and it's the same so I think the problem is from my internet.

I don't know why but I can't log in on EU. Made a new account and still the same shjt.

If your playing on a lappy definitely use a Ethernet cord or if download the install + game onto an external it will speed up your computer and game so much!

This is the same problem for me, and quite frankly, there isn't anyway to fix it that I know of. Unless you move to California. Faster internet speed, and general things can help, but servers are clogging up and slowing down a bit recently. Blame Rito.
