My take on this

Tbh this forums been dull for quite a while now. I dropped activity in DA for one reason only.
The forum looks and feels too strict and boring.
The theme is pretty bad for a theme of this kind. A children card game is kind of not supposed to look professional. Dull colors and icons don't make the forum friendly. This isn't HackForums with over 400 k members registered and over 500 members active every three minutes. (hell this is HF atm. Not even they look professional. http://puu.sh/6SUMA.png)
Tone down the style and be a bit more friendly.

Another thing. THERE ARE TOO MANY PURPLES.
Oh god.. this. There are way too many Purples that shouldn't even be in the dorm. Most drop out staff members place themselves into purple for no good reason and it's dumb.

Amy, a forum that looks professional and clean isn't what a childrens forum is for. A deep blue gradient and blue text with a grey background looks so boring.
Aside from the skin issues.
What makes a forum is how involved staff actually is with their members. DA isn't exactly known for having a "good" reputation. Most of the people that make up a fun forum complain that a forum such as this is full of pricks and people who think they are higher than everyone else. I seriously couldn't agree more.

Anyways, this is my take on the forum. I personally really could care less where this forum goes. I just don't want DA to crumble because of bad choices. I'm active in only three places and one of which is a YGO forum.

The best theme was the one for the Supreme King it was perfection, this is one is well as Neji said dull.

Forumotion IS THE WORST in terms of forum editing. You are given little to no chance to do anything you want to your forum.
DNF did something right and got a different host. A good one too but they seriously suck at doing anything with the theme.

On the people topic we can't do much.

But yes, Amy's plan is that exactly. To move to a server and site we can control, to make it cool, with more colors and more awesome features, make it fun, with a dorm system that rewards those who like to play the game and plenty of events with new and improved prizes.

We want to leave forumotion for this reason, so there you have it.

Least that's one thing someone's doing right. I actually want to see this now o.o
