this is just something i put together based off my Shining Turbo Deck that i thought would work for you.

The first thing you should is pick a strategy for your deck. Right now all you have is a mash of random dragons and half of them are bad. I suggest deciding on a central theme like Chaos or Blue-Eyes etc before trying to make fixes.
