Photoshop Issues - Help required

I have been having some issues with Photoshop since I moved onto my new computer and I've tested it on CS5 and CS6 so I don't think it's directly Photoshop problem


Essentially I've been unable to to drag and drop files into Photoshop. I am fairly sure it's somehow connected to windows on this new computer however.

Any helpful hints to getting this fixed and the person how fixes it gets a little bit of my DP :D

Compatible or mini-PS versions tend to have that sort of issues, as its' obligatory to use 'Files' menu to Open and Save your PSD files. Make sure you have the Extended version of your current PS, for instance, there is a difference between PS CS5 and PS CS5 Extended, as it provide those small features that makes your life easier.
