So why is the rain only showin on the bottom half of her body while it's clear on top? lol

It wast there I swear. It must have disappeared.

Also If serious I had it there but then she looked weird so I left it n bottom only.

Anyway, It looks kind of good, I'd only reduce the rain effect so it looks more natural. Rain is water, you're not supposed to be able to see it this heavily from that angel.
