What do you want from RA?

Title says it all, I want to know what you guys want from the Ra dorm. If you want nothing, please do not bother posting.

I have an Event in the pipeline, but if it goes through or not is not solely in my control. But yes, I am thinking of events etc, if that is what that is meant to mean.

What I want is to know what the Ra's would like. I can't speak for you guys if you don't tell me what you want. All I can do then is events .-.

Akeno can get to Ra by participating in Duelist kingdom 3. It would be the best option as of this point, besides the usual tests of course. There's also getting 40 points in the league which isn't as hard as it used to be as points are now only wins and not wins minus losses.

So basically you would like to have open discussions about YGO mechanics? Not bad, both learning for Slifers and reminders for us and Obbys. Also can lead to weird and wacky combos. Which would be cool too see.

But this can be also put into another section just as easily. But It would be cool to have it housed in Ra. We'll see, I like this.

The mods and admins not being able to see it wouldn't be possible, since they reign over all sections of DA. We have a Mod and 2 Admins who are both in Ra, by blocking Mods and Admins, it stops them being able to participate which wouldn't be fair to them.


However we could hide it and have only Ra etc be able to see it. Only those in Ra will be allowed to post their though.

Ra-only section sounds kinda cool, but I'm more concerned with events, stuff like Ra-based events or games.

could pick half the Ras at random and pit them against the other half in a war of sorts.

Or could pick a random Ra and pit him against the rest of dorm.

Or, you could see if you could do like a manhunt kinda thing, where you give points based off of the dorm and whoever gets the most points off of beating the other members of dorms gets prize/DP/bragging rights. (Think that's being done to some extent here on DA, forgot where I saw it)

This would be cool sort thing. Pick a random Ra and then have them duel a few other members. I guess 3 but 4 or 5 maybe, dunno. Then they have to win so many times in a row and get some DPs :D


That sounds like fun. Encourages us to duel as well

so.....no activities? only about 3-5 ra's are online everyday and not everyone wants to do something productively.

Working on that, I got lots of college work to do, I am trying to line up a Ra event with when I have less assignments and what not.


Unless you're willing to write my Computer systems assignments, patience is requested, shouldn't be too much longer however. :D

Oh you I'm pretty much very good at using computer I can like turn it on and off for 5 seconds no more no less.

And also events which are involved to dueling won't get much attention because we have only a few people. Something more creative, pl0x.

In my head I have something:

1. Making a test monthly for Slifer's, and it's optional. People will register and we will create our own test. This is against DA's testing rules but seeing Ra's dying is no good. Already talked about this more than once, but no one agreed.

2. Events which are related to Pokemon. Participants will join a tournament and use Pokemon Showdown as the manual site to duel. Winners may get DPs, signatures, avatars, user bars, etc,...

3. Building decks competition. Rare decks, troll decks, etc,...what ever I haven't thought of these much.

Just wanted to say now we aren't being able to host YGO-related events due to inactive people.
