Only Slifers can join this tournament. I will tell who is VS who. Participants will not get any points. There will be match duels and losers will be eliminated.
There will be rounds and I will tell you who is VS who there.

Winners:

1st Place: 300 DP 50 Credits
2nd Place: 250 DP 35 Credits
3rd Place: 150 DP 15 Credits

Banned Cards:

- Exodia
- Dark World cards
- Burn cards
- Stall cards
- One Turn Kill cards
- Marshmallon
- Monster Reborn is banned so use Premature Burial.(Premature Burial is unbanned in this tournament.)
- No RFG cards (like Macro Cosmos)
- Torrential Tribute is banned for this tourney.

- Goblin Attack Force
- Reckless Greed
- Level Up
- Level Modulation (semi limited)
- Premature Burial
- All D.D. monsters

K you can use RFG cards
but you deck shouldn't be about sending cards to RFG and usmmoning a monster that gets ATK according to monster in RFG k guys?

I won't I guess I will make that time limit little longer and wait 1 or 2 more slifers
but I feel like no other slifer will join cause they don't mind being in slifer and they think it's the worst dorm.
My opinion is ''no'' for that.Cause here there are people who want to improve or wanted to get in this dorm by their own decisions. I think this dorm is interesting and cool.

and for you said D.D. warior lady isn't banned or somethings whatever.
I gave an example like Macro Cosmos... so people will surely get it I guess

i met Uknown,he couldve dueled,i told him i might not be on in the next few days cause my nets gotta get fixed,and he said no!whats the point of refusing if your opponent is telling you he might not be there
you know what i think this guy wants me to be DQed for some reason,hes just not ready to duel.

One question, can we change our decks in the tournament or do we have to stick with it till the end?

You can change your decks after your match is over.
Not on the second duel of the match for example. When you finish your first match you can change your deck for the 2nd match....pretty obvious its how all tournaments are.

he end his turn,i summoned my monster (vampire lady)and he has 100 LP and then when it was my battle phase he summons a mosnter,
is that fair?
and then he says"its k"
i had him won and then he summons a monster
what rule book says u can do that>?

ok news flash,
i won round 2
the final,
the game froze in the SP,
i left the duel,
it was clearly frozen,
i even told Unkown its frozen and he admited,
he said i should wait for it to start again
then i said "rehost"
and left cause it wasnt starting,
then some how after i left he got some card from his deck and he says he won
although the game might have sarted after i quit,
this is pure injustice,
till i was there there wasno monster at all exept for one,
and i didnt take a screen shot because he said agreed its forzen
and said that i should wait,
but u all know KCVDS,
it takes ages to get back up
,sometimes it doesnt get up
