Everything that Bioware screwed up in Dragon Age II has been fixed.

1. We can choose our character's race to be Human, Elf, Dwarf or Quanary.

2. All characters in the game are fully customizable

3. Fortresses are customizable

4. The world is HUGE. 5 different countries

5. Due to the huge world to explore we have Mounts now.

6. No loading screens when entering a dungeon

7. Badass tactical camera mode for advanced strategical gameplay

8. Destroyable objects

9. Health is no longer fully regenerated after the end of an enemy encounter, increasing the realism of the adventure.

10. Morrigan is back nuff said!

Comes out in Fall 2014

This thing will be game of the year, hands down!

Some more information:

The mounts aren't going to be only Horses, you will be able to ride other animals as well.

There will be a new system called Dragon's Keep in which you will choose the aspects of the past games that will make an impact on DA 3 including all DLC. That means you can play DA 3 even if you did not play the other 2 games, this will also include some of the flash games.

The GOD child might appear in the game and will probably play a huge role in the plot of the game.
