I'm officialy taking over this event (yeah the pro mod took the job xD).
A lot of people here are inactive, so I announce another sign-in phase (yes you heard me).
People will still have their locator cards (they earned it e.e), while the new participants will have 5 Locator cards for beginning.
The sign-in phase will last for 2 days

Seriously? Why are you banning the tier 1 decks? So what if people don't like them, if you can't beat the decks, then why should you have a top spot?

You know for damn sure that ain't the reason. Everyone is butt hurt about people using those decks and don't have any skill to be able to beat them or use them.

Firstly I asked everyone in chat, since it was singles people used e-dragz and prophecy all the time so no-one wanted to play. That's the main reason for the rule changes.
