No point in Malefic Blue-Eyes.
Use the Seal of Orichalacos.
Machine Lord no.
Necro Valley HURR DURR.
Cyber End Dragon is a must want.
Basic fixes..

Forgot to put Level 8 xD...

no malefic blue eyes (or normal blue eyes). no machine lord. Run three terraforming and The Seal of Orichalcos. Take out DaD, he's too situational. You also need to maindeck MST. Use heavy storm. I'd also recommend maindecking Forbidden Lance or Chalice, Lance is better than Chalice. Also, you need to run three skill drain. Then you need to fill up the rest of the room (not sure how much there will be, if any) with good backrow, like Mirror Force, Torrential, etc.

forgot to mention that you should replace Blue Eyes with Malefic Cyber End. With orichalcos, he has 4500 attack, and with skill drain, he doesn't limit the rest of your monsters. That also means you'll need room in your extra for normal Cyber End. Cyber End and Stardust are the only malefics you need in this kind of deck

Um, u should add Malefic Rainbow dragon ( althought Rainbow dragon isn't needed but yolo ) and Malefic Cyber End Dragon
And i think it would be awesome if u put Necrovalley ^

Replace Blue-Eyes with Cyber End. Trust me, Cyber End works much better.

How many times i have to tell you this is lvl 8 only deck ?
