"Mill" Chaos Dragon by Mercer

 Advice to improove this deck ?

Too many cards.
Arcana Ruler isnt' needed.
Soul Taker isn't needed.
Plaguespreader isn't needed, but it's okay.
Trap cards aren't needed.
Side 1 MST.
Fusion Gate isn't needed.
Double Veiler isn't needed.  
Jain isn't needed.

Arcana is very useful for a OTK, and easy to summon with this deck.
Jain is for Mill. For the rest I will do something ^^

Any deck other than E-Drags going over 42 cards is bad

This includes, DarkFusion, Zephy, Bloody Kiss, and so many other pros.

You need to stop insulting people when you yourself need some work too

Errr... so. Can you explain the Fusion Gate? You have ONE fusion monster. A 5-Headed Dragon. If you managed to get out 5 dragons you wouldn't NEED a 5-Headed Dragon! Your 5 dragons could probably wreck harder than 2, 5-Headed's.  
Pot of avarice? You want your monsters IN the grave, keep em there. 
I can go on and on if be needed..?

Anyways, Arcana is seriously not needed.  Chance monster, and you typically don't want to sacrifice 3 monsters. 
Jain is seriously not needed either.  2 mills isn't that good.
Milling your deck isn't nice either.  Deck out + The monsters you want in your hand are in your grave. 
TK is...  Okay I guess.  Take out or side Lyla if you want TK.  TK is much preferred against the meta game.

It's like he got his old Chaos Dragon build from a few formats ago, and like just add cards to it.

This is my old build from a format ago.  The only thing that I removed from it is Sangan before I decided to drop this deck.

 Personally I don't think you need 3 Lyla or 3 Darkflame.. Try cutting them both down to two. Also cut out Maxx "C". Main decking Maxx "C" is usually a bad idea less you play against the same deck a lot. It's mostly gonna end up being mill fodder anyway lol.  Try adding another Tragoedia. Also the Dark Armed isn't that good of an idea, if you want to actually USE it, you gotta have some pretty powerful graveyard control, since it requires exactly 3 darks in your grave. Also throw a Hieratic Dragon of Atum (or two) into your extra deck. My personal opinion, add a card destruction. Works great in Chaos Drags. And throw in some forbidden lances since you're basically BEGGING for your opponent to pop some mirror force, d-prison or bottomless on your best cards. Can also throw 2-3 royal decree's into the side. And I think Reasoning would be pretty good in this deck.
