Quickdraw Synchron

If Quickdraw Synchron be special summon by the effect of Synchron explorer, does his effect to be subsitute still get?
I think he get the effect. becoz of Condition..

Indeed, it is a condition not an effect, so it cannot be negated by Synchron Explorer. Also the part where it says that it can only be used for the synchro summon of a Synchro monster that lists a Synchron tuner as it's materials is also a condition and cannot be negated.
