Basically, you have a whole lot of Dragons thrown together without any sort of focused strategy. Go look at some Hopeless Dragon decks to get a better idea of what your monster lineup should look like.
Dragon's Mirror should always be a last option. Bring it down to 1 copy. I've already told you that Dark Bribe is a bad card. Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is another bad card, simply because there are many better choices. It doesn't destroy anything and can only negate 1 attack per turn. There is never a reason to run this over Bottomless Trap Hole. Same with Dimensional Prison. It is always better to stop a monster when it is summoned, rather than waiting for the Battle Phase, because too many monsters nowadays can clear your field such as Judgment Dragon, Dark Armed Dragon, Breaker the Magical Warrior, Lyla, and many many others.
You should always run 3 Exploder Dragon in any Dragon deck. It is 1 of the best low level dragons out there and a great choice to search out with Masked Dragon. You'll want 3 Red-Eyes Wyvern along with Foolish Burial and other ways to get cards to the grave quickly so that you can swarm the field when you're ready to go for the OTK.
Snipe Hunter is not the correct way to get cards to your grave. He is a 33% chance of being a -1 with no effect, and reducing your hand size is not the right way to get cards to the grave. Reducing you hand size means making it impossible to respond later on to your opponent's plays if he survives the OTK attempt.
Don't use vanilla monsters outside of a deck that is made for them.
