Is Baby Roc a good tech for Dragunity?

I asked in here also on chatbox but haven't got any answer so need to make a topic.

In case of knowing nothing about Baby Roc:


Baby Roc can combo with Ravine or Tempest so we can get a free tuner on the field. However it can't be a material for Vaj so what it can do is to syn level 6 monster or sometime level 8.

Don't listen to him, it misses timing with Ravine and Tempest.
