Well, it's a deck I haven't really let anyone see.
Iron Chains have an incredible ability to OTK through Repairman being able to fetch Coil, and Repairman being a Warrior-type.
So, I've focused a deck on the OTKs they can make just off two Normal Summons.

3 | Iron Chain Repairman
3 | Iron Chain Coil
3 | Scrap Recycler
These guys make a beautiful engine. Scrap Recycler puts Coils into the graveyard ready to be revived with Repairman. Coil is also a tuner which allows for some pretty nice plays including level 7 synchros off Repairman.

2 | Tour Guide from the Underworld
3 | Crane Crane
These are the guys that MAKE the OTKs. I'll go into the OTKs themselves in a bit, but these are 1-card Xyzs/Synchros. Crane Crane works beautifully with Coil being used as Xyz Material.

2 | Tragoedia
This guy is something completely different. He's an honorary Level 3, as well as a massive beatstick, or a wall while you build up for an OTK.

1 | Effect Veiler
1 | Maxx "C"

---

2 | Double Summon
Admittedly a really bad card in terms of keeping advantage, but in this deck it shines, as it makes OTKs from scratch - again, I'll go into that later.

2 | Forbidden Lance
1 | Book of Moon
Spell cards which work with more than one function - Lance functions as both protection and offense all in one card, and Book allows for more defensive ideas such as protecting an attack position monster like Zenmaines with no material, or stopping an opposing attack.

3 | Mystical Space Typhoon
In a deck which attempts to OTK like this one, triple Mystical really shines. Best baited out for a +1 or used right before a play.

1 | Dark Hole
1 | Heavy Storm
1 | Monster Reborn
1 | Mind Control

---

1 | Solemn Warning
1 | Solemn Judgment
2 | Bottomless Trap Hole
2 | Torrential Tribute
2 | Dimensional Prison
1 | Mirror Force
1 | Starlight Road
Essentially staples this format. They also allow you to play defensively while drawing the cards for the OTKs.

---

1 | Stardust Dragon
1 | Black Rose Dragon
1 | Karakuri Shogun mdl 00 "Burei"
1 | Naturia Landoise
A small Synchro lineup for any situation.

3 | M-X Saber Invoker
This card is beautiful in here - without it, the deck would be nothing. It lets you turn any 2 Level 3 monsters into a Synchro of choice and a Rank 3 xyz. Lining up multiples of these opens ideas of Xyz Summoning with Repairman. It's a key part of the OTK, and while two is enough, there really is no reason not to use the third.

1 | Abyss Dweller
1 | Gagaga Cowboy
Staple Rank 4s.

1 | Leviair the Sea Dragon
1 | Number 17: Leviathan Dragon
1 | Wind-Up Zenmaines
Staple Rank 3s.

1 | Blade Armor Ninja
It's made by two Repairman, and it's part of the OTK. Sure, it can be replaced with Excalibur, but the ability to attack twice makes it better than Excalibur for the OTK - i.e. if a monster is summoned during the battle phase you can still get 2200 of that through.

1 | Number 11: Big Eye
1 | Mecha Phantom Beastcraft Dracossack
It's possible to make these between your Synchros and Tragoedias, and it's a good idea to have them regardless (i.e. for the E-Dragon matchup).

-------

So, those OTKs I keep talking about? There's a few of em.

3x3 OTK
This is the OTK that makes you run two Double Summon. It allows you to OTK with practically any two level threes in hand (provided one is a Crane Crane or a Tour Guide). The only requirement is that there is a Coil either on the field or in the graveyard.
You use two of the three (ideally a Coil if there is one face-up) to make M-X Saber Invoker, detach the Coil to summon a Repairman, use the Repairman to summon the Coil, then overlay the Coil and the third level 3 for another Invoker, detach the Coil to summon another Repairman, use the Repairman to summon that same Coil, overlay the two Repairmen for Blade Armor Ninja, and attack for 8800.

2x4 OTK
Another much less common OTK, but one made by two Repairmen (possibly from Double Summon) with two Coils being in the graveyard. It works by using both Repairmen to summon a Coil, overlaying the Coils to summon an Invoker, using the Invoker to get the third Repairman, overlaying the first two Repairmen to make a Blade Armor Ninja, using the third Repairman to summon a Coil, and Synchro Summoning Landoise, before attacking for 8350.

Two Threes and a Four
A much less common one, but it does happen with Repairman+TGU+DS. It again needs one Coil on the field and one in the grave.
Summon back a Coil using the Repairman, and use it and another level 3 for an Invoker. Fetch a Repairman detaching the Coil and summon the Coil back. Summon another Invoker, then search out another Repairman. Overlay the two Repairmen to make Blade Armor Ninja, and the two Level 3s to make Leviathan Dragon, and attack for 8500.

-------

As you can see the deck has a lot of OTK potential and I wanted to put it out there for you to see.

take out the MST, top tier decks don't run traps anymore.
