HELP BUILDING A DECK :)

Anyone knows which cards i could use if i want to do a combination of old school cards with synchro and make the opponent not have xyz summon if possible?

Mahdi_MM is the caterer, (keep it secret... he gets it from the Obelisks)
Alhemicar is the Rocknroller, (along with myself, but he prefers more metal, rather than my classic rock) he's also the outdoorsman, stayed in a tent somewhere on campus before he picked a room.
Hoshi(no)Tama777 is the person you don't really wanna mess with. She catches you checking out the girls in the dorm... We'll miss you.
I don't really assosiate Taznkid with anything in particular, just a fun guy to hang around. He's sorta my half roommate, I let people come and go as they please.
Of course there are more dormmates but these are the guys I know best.

Well...... Sadly, I believe there isn't a card that is anti-xyz that will prevent them from summoning nor was a anti-synchro card that does the same. You can still build a deck without xyz.
For Example:
Quasar
Dragunity
Blackwing (mainly vayu turbo sometimes)
Heroes (only HERO gate)

Also I forgot to say, welcome to DA.

Anti XYZ is easier than you think, you just need stuff that negates special summoning or removes from play, since some of the most abused XZYs are pretty anti destruction.

Solemns do the trick, Fiendish Chain helps to steamroll over them, bottomless trap hole, karma cut,... hell, even dark horn or heaven. Just keep negating those special summons, and if your deck manages to control their special summoning, they pretty much are left without the things that makes them "pro players".

I would remember this from now on, but the only thing that makes staying in these slifer dorms bearable is my window. I installed a telescope in it. Noone ever stopped me using it.

Meaning: as long as the "peeping" is being done by the female students, not the "guys", it will be okay.

It's normal for people to spam meaningless stuff. Plus, this is not the place to ask for a deck.
