Preventing Necro-Posting

What would you think if there was a green dot/spot/circle on a dead topic?

If not.

What if all dead topics were archived to 'Topic Graveyard'?

(the green dot would be similar to the red dot on locked topics)

If we archive inactive topics: articles and a lot of "knowledge" of the forum gone. We'll keep it the way it is, not too many people necro-posting here, none that I saw do it regularly... Everything outdated gets archived btw.

I thought articles never really went "out dated" because, well they are articles :L

Auto-Pruning is an option provided by forumotion and the topics would only be moved to the archive, but it's still not a good idea for our forum, it's been disabled for quite a while and will stay like that.
