It's a very useful card in many decks .

i nominate chaos sorcerer easy to summon and has a good effect and it's gona be semi limited next season

Why is this unlimited? Great in Macro decks, in some cases, and it's really good in saving one of your limited cards that have been RFG'd, why hasn't anyone used this card?
It was released in 2008, August the first , in the Dark Emperor Structure Pack. I haven't seen anyone use it, and I think it's a pretty great card, Poddy found the card yesterday while he was searching for cards that weren't on 1.15.

But you forgot that macro decks use macro cosmos and dimensional fissure that sends monsters to RFG instead of graveyard so if macro or dimensional where in the field Alchemist would just be a dead draw because his most important eff couldn't be activated.
