Sorry about my last post I asked for the wrong card it should be: If you attack with your last monster then activate circle of the fire kings can you still attack?

Ermmm if I understand your question right....

You are activating Circle AFTER you attack right? In that case, yes you can attack with your newly Special Summoned monster.

If you use it on the attack declaration of your monster, the monster destroyed cannot continue attacking, but your new monster can attack.

Quick Spell cards can be activated in any phase of the turn, meaning you can activate Circle of the Fire Kings during BP.
Targeting 1 monster on your side of the field and 1 in your grave happens at activation, the part where you destroy and special summon is at resolution. If you're unable to destroy your own monster, you cannot special summon the monster you targeted from your grave.
