Well these are my 5th and 6th smudge attempts, iv been doing signatures for awhile but smudging is something new :p

I like the Nidalee one. However, for future reference, don't set the smudged layers on Soft Light no Overlay. Good job for the first attempts.

Turn up your brush strength to 90%
Make your brush smaller and give it more detail.
Smudging is not easy
