Metaion the Timelord

does metaion the timelords effect target?

an issue came up with safe zone so i wanted to know if this card would be able to send tha tmonster back aswell

No it does not target.

Decalring for an attack is not targeting a monster by card effect and Metaion sends multiple monsters back to the hand, and when cards effect multiple monsters at same time they never target.

alright thanks i figured that, but the guy was adamant about it targeting and quit so I won anyways so its all good
