Why? I wasn't given time to sort out my IP ban when he got the default win for me, why should he get time? He shouldn't even have the title to begin with.

I think the difference is the situation N.

Bans compared to real life sh*t are going to influence the admins decisions on who gets to keep the title

Oh no no no, don't try that. It's the same thing. He insisted on challenging me and saying if I refuse I auto lose the title, when he knew I was trying to get around the ban. His inactivity is not my problem, and the rules say an inactive survival master will not be tolerated.

Well, it's your fault for getting IP banned, so losing your title is justified. Just try to be a likable person and give the guy some time to get things sorted out.

No it wasn't my fault. He's inactivity is not my fault either. Read the rules, inactive survival master is not tolerated.

You're taking the rules a little too literally...

They're going to have it within reason.

Besides, waiting for Whatup would make you the better person. If he wants to be a jerk about getting the Master of Survival title from you, let him. Being noble and actually beating him in battle instead of rule sharking him to get it would make you a lot more respectable.

Even though you'll still have the trolls on main chat, you would've gained the respect of at least a few people here. And it would have some students in Slifer Red follow your footsteps. After all, you're the role model here. Whatup is simply an Assistant. He has no real standards to maintain in politeness and respect. No offense to Whatup or the Assistants of course.

I do not need to do that. I never lost the title, and am taking it back, because it belongs to me.

Anyway, this whole thing aside, will whatup still receive his userbar for survival master? Because technically his bio band should of been 26, but it was reset when he had to make a new account and it was decided he would get a survival master userbar in exchange (And then he got the title again anyway, and people were saying they were in the process of making it for him even after he got it back, but it never happened lol)

He told me that since Zane was the first one to challenge him with a full bio band, he has to give him the chance to get survival master before anyone else. So he can't duel you until he gives Zane his survival master challenge duel.

so what was that about no one being able to give him a literal excuse? With how much you respect the rules (since you reference them so often) I'm sure you can understand.

Just to clear the air, I did challenged Whatup through PM before hand. I just avoided making a huge deal out of it. As for getting the match in this weekend, I was busier then expected.

Just screenshot the challenge PM with the dates/times and post it here.

Afterwards, Zane will duel Whatup if the screenshot is valid and whatnot, winner duels N.
Otherwise, Whatup duels N regardless of the circumstances.

If this isn't resolved within the next 2-3 days, imo, N will duel Whatup.

If that duel isn't done due to inactivity on Whatup's part within 2-3 days after that, N will take the title.
(and vice versa, except Whatup would be keeping instead of taking the title.)
