When this card is Special Summoned by a Spellcaster-Type monster's effect: You can target any number of your banished "Spellbook" Spell Cards; shuffle those cards into the Deck, and Return the remaining "Spellbook" Spell Cards to the Graveyard. The effect of "Madoujuushi Rouede" can only be used once per turn.

At the End Phase of a turn that this card was activated, add any number of "Spellbook" Spell Cards from your Deck to your hand, except for "Madousho no Shinpan", up to the number of Spell Cards activated by both players during this turn. Then, Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck whose Level is lower than or equal to the number of cards you added to your hand with this effect. Only 1 "Madousho no Shinpan" can be activated per turn.

They finally got around to a mass recycling mechanic, but gave it to one of the best well-off archetypes. Congratulations, KONAMI. You did it again.

So I can end my opponen't turn by making +3 with this, Wisdom, Fate and Justice of Prophecy?

Propehcy now solid Tier 1 with this... this is so stupid, and has basically no cost at all... also it's chainable... way too good, like Danica said, Prophecy is a good but not too powerful archtype as it is, they really didn't need to make this :/
