I remember a RPG game that used to use that Background as a wallpaper of their main forum. Forgot what was it. As for the concept, it's true that Madara/Tobi and Kakashi are both from Naruto the anime. But that i don't get it, is why they are lined up as if they were team-mates not enemies? Also that third-party shadow is meh
