-2 Magician's Circle (too situational)
-1 Necrovalley (commandant has u covered here, no need for dead draws)
-2 Tomato (not needed)

-5 / +4 = 40 cards

+1 Spy (3 is an obvious to max. can search out anything you need)
+1 Assailant (awesome effect. very useful)
+1 Mirror Force (why not?)
+1 Fissure OR Lightning Vortex (your choice, but you probably need the extra control. you can also try Nobleman of Crossout)

With applying Neko's fixes.. I'd say also

-2 GK Chiefs. He's not really that interesting and isn't needed. The basic GK are good enough.

+1 Breaker the Magical Warrior. A spellcaster, s/t destruction, works with magical dimension. I say this card would be good when being bottomless while you have magical dimension.

-1 Monster Reborn. With chief removed, this is not needed anymore.

+2 Monarchs whatever you want. You have high defense, Spy and Guard are enough to control your defense.
