An Actually Good Card From Me XD

Not as good as Forbidden Chalice. Getting to negate eff's twice is nice, but Chalice can be used during the Damage Step due to it affecting monster stats, and it gives you the additional option of using it on your own monsters, rather than just on your opponent's, which allows you to get a lot more options and plays out of a single card.

Breakthrough Skill isn't bad, I just don't think that with Effect Veiler and Chalice around that it's good enough of an option to be considered competitive.

You are absolutely right about what u said Neko but if Konami let this card be able to negate effects during the damage step it would be too good.

Well too bad nothing in the card's text looks like it would allow that.

even if it don't allow that it still can be helpful sometimes so it's a good choice in the side deck
