Sacred Phoenix...?

Well When it's REMOVED from play by a card effect, can we special summon it on next sp?

If it is removed by cards effect i think that you can

If SP is removed from play, so sent to RPG, it can't be summoned by it's effect, because it doesn't activates since its Removed.

Sacred Phoenix needs to be in the grave yard for his effect to be activated

SPoN must go to grave in order for it's effect to be activated.

f this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon this card from the Graveyard during your next Standby Phase. If you Special Summon this card in this way, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field.
