@Zedex: The've been always greedy so it isn't a suprise...

I am still confused why Ra is not the top dorm.

@Nactycle: That was due to the anime. Kaiba got the Obelisk (in the original series) and through the whole anime he thought that he was the best. Later in GX he became a sponsor of DA and so Obelisk became the highest dorm (my opinion )

@Lutalica :Got that right dude, Those Obelisks have better food, better rooms & better dorms, and still hustling for more
And about the top dorm thing, it's as u said, Kaiba considered himself the best, so he made Blue Obelisk the best dorm and since he's Yugi's rival, he's always looked down on him, so he made Red Slifer (Since it was Yugi's 1st Divine-Beast) the lowest dorm, and Yellow Ra got stuck between these two (Poor Marik )

The Administration was too busy with insects in the Ra Yellow Dormitory, obviously someone painted the whole dorm with honey. Authorities says he was testing organic gravity power and how it reflects on human beings.
