just so im clear, the main deck can only have cards that arent on the advanced list at all???? also the extra deck is standard rules just with out fusions????

Your main deck can only contain cards that are not on the banlist, that means cards that are Unlimited. Also your deck must have 45 different unlimited cards.

As for the extra deck: Fusions are not allowed, You can use all Synchro monsters even those that are banned but at 1 copy per card and XYZ's.
