Union Fusion

Im pretty sure im right about this one but my friend summoned xyz dragon cannon and i destroyed it Raigeki break then he said when his xwz cannon gets destroyed his fusion material monsters return to his field so i read all the cards used to summon xyz and xyz its self and no where on it did it say that his cards came back so i told him they dont but he says that union fusion monsters have that effect i dont belive that could you guys please clearify that for me

By the way my friend also says controlling monsters is having them in your deck hand field or graveyard

your friend watches too much anime and doesn't know the rules. If you destroy XYZ fusion monster he is destroyed and that's all there is to it.

Controlling a monster is having a monster on your side of the field. Again, your friend is a noob who is making up his own rules instead of playing by the real rules.
