Have a look at the Draft Event and then tell me that going 8-0 while additionally topping the League at his first attempt doesn't deserve Obelisk.

Generally making an effort in everything and consecutively winning are skills worth of an Obelisk (if not Abandoned) and in this case, rules may make an exception.
