You're a few cards short of a deck.
Literally.

Add some more Monsters imo. I might even go so far as to say throw in Ehero Sparkman @1-2.

I've never liked Pot of Duality in a deck that revolves around Special Summoning, especially Heroes.
Just my opinion though.

And more Quick-play spells, since you're going Decree, Super Poly should be fairly viable, and more than just @1 maybe @2?
You may end up deaddrawing one of the Miracles or the Fusion Gates.
I'd say maybe toss one of the Gates, and/or 1 Miracle.
To anyone about to smack-talk my suggestion: Unless you've deaddrawn 3 Miracle Fusions and couldn't do anything with them and lost, and still think it's bad to run it @2, don't call me crazy.

what type of deck are you going for?
Hero beat?
Banish heroes?

Needs Mystical Space Typhoons, a Reinforcement of the Army, and some E - Calls, along with Escuridao and Gaia for Super Poly. Possibly Honest for use with Prisma, Alius, and Voltic too.

... Okay, I just have to know... why 30 when you have to have at least 40? Are you just that new or...?
