Being fair.

I was browsing the forum today and came across the special rank shop.
I also remembered the rank images that I made for German, Nuran and Exi.
Now, having these different rank images may seem "cool" or "special" to the average member and it seems a bit unfair that only friends or certain people should get these special ranks. Sure you could say German is a dorm leader, but that doesn't really matter because, people are still going to keep asking. I'm sure many people are wondering how they can get a custom rank image or why these specific people get to have them and they don't.

Anyways, just bringing this up.

It's just an image underneath your avatar.

People shouldn't really care about them.

Buuut, admittedly, I'll bring this up in admin section.

Its the custom ranks like germans is supposed to say leader but it says his name

I was at school and hastily read over it and read Special Rank e.e

Well, it's like on DN, admins get perks for being admins, so maybe staff here will get perks for being staff.

Take it as thankfulness for doing their jobs.

ya perks are nice but the ranks are there for reason, like you can't differ Germani from other's Ra's also your rank pic is misleading with the red color.

And my Rank (I think) is okay if you're reading it for a few secs. Also the Ranktitle Span Class is Admin e.e

Well, when I was somewhat in charge I used to delete these and stop people from using it lol. But now... I guess it went out of control haha. I agree with Dex, the people that care for the design, structure and functionality of the sites in general, never like custom things in places where custom things ruin the overall feeling. For example, facebook, imagine what would happen if it allowed custom backgrounds and colors.... lol. Their blue color wouldn't be so appealing and important anymore and then one of the most influencing social websites would become more like a rainbow style.

Imo, you can't really compare facebook with a forum but I do agree that there shouldn't be 2112412 different custom ranks. Still though, it seems right to me that certain people who have earned it can use what they want.

I guess it looks cool if it doesn't get out of hand and it should be more fair for everyone. I personally don't mind them as long as the forum doesn't look unorganized.

So long as we do not have thousands of them then i don't see what the big deal is

Personaly i don't care much about Ranks Images, obviously you do. (Talking about the special ranks).
