I am typically going to state that unless the players has an obvious OTK hand, it is not a win if your opponent DC's on the 2nd turn. Sorry Lethal, but there's no possible way I can declare that you have a definitive advantage when opponent still has half his LP and 4 in-hand cards (to be made 5 on his next turn). No win awarded - just duel again.
