The last Slifer tourney sort of wasn't official, so I will now cover up that history with this new Slifer Tourney.
Rules:
1. September, 2012 banlist. OCG is allowed.
2. No burn/mill/stall/FTK/OTK/instant win decks.
3. Match duels. Siding allowed. Single elimination.
4. Deck switch is allowed, but not in between games in a match.

Yes.
Wind-Ups, Dino Rabbits, Inzektors, etc. They are all permitted. If you
have a good side deck, a player should have an equal advantage facing
these decks. The only decks that are banned are the ones mentioned in
the rules.
DA names have been used. Use the "Accepted Duelists" list to find your opponent's DN name.
Post the duel outcomes in this thread and have your opponent confirm it.
