This lesson wil conssist of 5 questions that should be answered.

1-If your opponent activates Book of Moon in your main phase 1 and targets a monster that was summoned 3 turns ago, you can flip up your monster the same turn ?
2- Can you activate shrink from your hand in your Battle phase ?
3- What happens if I attack with Don Zaloog and i activate his eff and in my side of the field there is doom caliber, the DP of my opponent are 1000 and there's no cards in his field, do i won the duel ?
4- Can i activate the effect of Giant rat if skill drain is face-up in the field? and Exiled force?
5- Does spirit reaper dies if he's targeted by Penguin soldier?

I choose to post nekofjung answers because they are really informatives.

#1. You can, but only if you had not already changed its position earlier in the turn.l
#2. Of course you can. Quick-Play spells can be activated from your hand during your turn.
#3.
You win the duel. Don Zaloog's effect activates AFTER it deals damage,
so it never activates because the game is over as soon as you deal that
1400 damage when your opponent has only 1000 LP left. Now, if you mean
after Don Zaloog attacks your opponent's LP is brought down to 1000,
then only a moron would activate his effect because Doomcaliber (1 word
btw) will negate Zaloog and both will end up in your graveyard.
However, since you don't have to activate Zaloog's effect, you should
just be able to attack with Doomcaliber and finish up the duel.
#4.
Both are yes. Searchers are in the grave when their effects activate so
Skill Drain doesn't reach them. For Exiled Force, he tributes himself
as a cost, and Skill Drain does not stop you from activating effects
(it simply negates them upon resolution). Since tributing himself is a
cost, Exiled Force is in the graveyard when his effect resolves and is
thus out of the reach of Skill Drain.
#5. No. Spirit Reaper's effect
activates after the resolution of an effect that targeted him, but in
this case after resolution on Penguin Soldier Spirit Reaper is in your
hand and, unless specified on the card, monsters do not have effects
while they are in your hand.
