Will it work?

I summon Kuriboh, then i use Multiply on it to make 5 kuriboh tokens. Can i use 3 kuriboh tokens to normal summon Obelisk The Tormentor?

No it does not work.

1. You normal summoned kuriboh that turn so you cannot normal summon again that turn

2. The tokens cannot be used as tribute summon fodder

However plasma would work with this.
