I got something to add. Lately it seems that the two most used builds are :
Chaos - using convert contact, panther, glow moss, and chaos monsters creating an engine. This is the one I use. Glow neos and Dark neos only need 1 copy each usually.
Storm/Air Neos OTK- Focusing usually on combo's with Air Neos, using cards like future fusion, and a hero lives to setup and OTK. Haven't tried it much, but it seems to do well.
Anyways, besides that...
Elemental Hero prisma you should consider three of. He sets up contact fusions and miracle contact at the same time, as well as working with neos and chaos cards.
A HERO Lives can fetch you Neos alius, prisma, or stratos and set up for big plays.
I recommend using 3 Pathfinder and one Neo Space, as pathfinder can return your neo space from the grave as well as search it out.
Use Miracle fusion, shining will be useful in any variant, as well as the other omni hero's.
Convert Contact works like a mini engine, drawing you cards, and setting up for miracle contact/fusion.
Instant Neo Space and Contact Out is recommended if you get a neos fusion easily, works as insurance against having an empty field, and provides more one turn kill options and combos.
Oh, and don't try focusing on magma neos. Magma neos can be used still, and has otk potential by itself, with limited grand mole, and the grave being the easiest place get it, is not usually where you want it exactly to be most of the time.
