[Staff] Must Read!!

So, i will be gentle, nice, and won't tolerate with anyone ._.

Recently stuff on chat is just crazy, there is a limit when you troll, a limit when you and your "friends" use inappropriate words more than you should. Some people just doesn't like that behavior, when i troll on DA Chat people try to copy me, use my style, and do what i do, here is a small thing you should know, first of all i know EVERYONE in DA, second everyone knows me, third when i troll; people don't hate it because they know am not serious about it, beside you guys are not being fun at all which kills the purpose of having fun in the chat. However, most of you guys are new to DA so you are not so "known" so you have LIMITS.

So, we people with white names, and lethal swords, and pretty much the abusers, decided that staff members shouldn't be trolling others with inappropriate words, means, images, etc; i've seen that allot. Staff members should lead the academy, not destroy it, some of our staff (SOME) just doesn't know when to stop, you may ask: Is there a trolling without "inappropriate" words ? o.O; the answer is yes, you don't have to curse to be trolling or messing around, there is many other ways that doesn't offend anyone, even if you are talking to your friends, there is at least +8 members on chat reading what is being written by you.

So as staff members you should control your anger, your behavior, and keep everything with limits.

Don't swear, Don't be lewd, and Don't post links to any disgusting or distasteful sites or pics in chat. As staff you need to be role models. Have fun, and be respectful of others.

just to add, if some of you still wonder why i took chat powers from more than 30+ ppl, one of the main reasons was your non professional behavior. others were abuse of ban and kick commands as well as clear command. Now i left only few people with chat powers due to my own reasons. not all of you abused the powers but i just decided that these few will have powers there because we are large staff and the chat is not so large.... :D

I don't use "Bitches", however; i don't know where you been living but when you call someone "nigga" it's ain't an insult, and this is the only word i use so don't fabricate the truth.

I knew i should of start this topic myself....

You should be an example for the rest of the academy, it doesn''t matter if the words you use are even slightly offensive because people do see you as an example and you should behave like it!

You only know someone if you know every single thing about them!

A word that you think is not offensive to someone could be seen as very offensive to him/her because of a little thing you might not have known about him/her.

First of all, anus is not racist. The word Nigger can be seen racist by some people.
Furthermore, someone comes to me and says that he thinks that I should not use the word Anus to refer to myself, then I will not use it if that person is online.

so the majority of staff loses their chat powers because they abuse... but if all staff abuses what precisely is the point? ._.'

I'd like to believe that a majority of the time staff is responsible with their powers, and uses them when they feel the time/place is right. ._.

The thing is there theres some people who lost powers but they never abuse like ehero, neji and train these 3 guys used there powers for good and they kept peace in the chat

Not really train be having attitude problems sometimes but i never once saw him ban someone just cause he didnt like him and the only time i see him kick is when he tries to stop a flame war
