banned? for nothing basically?

whole story short , asked for getting banned for 5 minutes to try out an ip changing technique , its been 36 hours and im still banned plus the fact i never was warned?

He was trying to find ways to get around a ban, and requested to be banned to see if it would work. Considering he has never posted in the forum before creating this topic, I saw no reason to unban. Aka, he is either a troll or just a trouble maker.
