Cyber-Stein is banned. You cannot include it in your deck.
Ritual Raven is bad because it has no uses outside of being a tribute for a Ritual Summon.
Magical Arm Shield is an awful card and should never be in any of your decks.
It is ok to make a deck around Demise since he has an awesome effect and combos with many different cards, however, making a deck with many Ritual Monsters is very bad and won't work no matter how any fixes your deck. Bottomless Trap Hole by itself can shut you down, but what is even more frightening is that if your opponent activates Royal Oppression then you have just lost the duel and have no choice but to forfeit. Most people between their main deck and side deck will have 2-3 Oppressions hanging around and when 1 card that is available in 3's and commonly used can kill your deck that easily it becomes a deck no longer worth running.
