So instead of everibody making their own list i decided to open this topic so we can post our personal explain a little bit and discuss about the current meta.
so this will be a TCG/OCG list and this is what i think.

well i put a lot of decks and that preety much how i see current meta. there isnt a lot of explanations my only doubts were inzektors 1 or 1.5 and Heros same problem all the other stuff is preety obvious what u thought about current meta which are ur tiers 1 2 and 3 and why?

every deck can't be a tier. especially ones that never see any play at YCS

tiers are a system in which people describe a current trend in a particular format. so i think every deck has its own tier and the fact that the decks dont top didnt mean that they are not used by people in ycs and that they are not part of this format. the decks go up or down but they never dissapear so every deck that has ever been used its part of the format

as i said a lot of people use decks in ycs like nordics exodia the fact that they dont top doenst mean that they are not used or part of the format

Potus posted an article about tiers and math officially takes over all other opinions about tiers :D

im pretty sure that laval synchros is not a top tier 1.5. i think they are tier 2 deck and dragunities should be tier 2.
