Question about getting DP

i have a couple questions
-do i need to duel people on duel academy only?
-how does duel academy monitor these duels?

you duel people who are in DA (duel academy)
after you duel you post in the battle arena the results, for example if you won 2-0 you post it as i won 2-0, post a screenshot if you can but if you dont u just wait for the other person to confirm. Then you wait for a mod to transfer the dp.

you dont lose anything if you lose, but you gain im pretty sure 30 dp per win
