Actually, you can not.
It is a common misconception that you can use "Level Up" to summon "Armed Dragon LV10" by tributing "Armed Dragon LV7".
The reason that you cannot summon "Armed Dragon LV10" with "Level Up" is because "Armed Dragon LV10" is not written anywhere on the cardtext of "Armed Dragon LV7".
You can however use "Level Up" by tributing an "Armed Dragon LV7" to summon an "Armed Dragon LV5", because "Armed Dragon LV5" is written on the card text of "Armed Dragon LV7"
