wow interesting deck. you still need to get more omni heroes like great tornado or more copies of The Shining, and as well to have gaia. dont forget about nova master, but he is hard to get. i dont see why you have cyber twin dragon (and i pretty much know the reason why so dont answer) so i believe you should use shining flare wingman instead cuz you do have sparkmans and swamps. take out the card destruction. trust me you dont need it. take out 2 necroshade and 1 bladegde cuz your deck will have dead draws. ever thought of running neos alius with gemini spark?

Personally, it looks to me like a Hero deck with Cybers thrown in. It looks pretty good imo.

Trade out Card Destruction for Heavy Storm. You should run Necroshade @2, and Bladedge at 1. You reeeeeeeaaaaaaallllly don't want to prove people right about deaddrawing Necroshade. I'd say throw in a Ehero Neos, for the Shining and he's a 2.5k beatstick, and you should throw in Hero Blast to go with him.

A necroshade-hitting combo I've enjoyed since I've been playing YGO online is running Ehero Divine Neos, throwing in a couple of Neo-Spacians, hitting both Necroshades with Future Fusion, and sending Neos to grave for Hero Blast.

Or you could follow Pabel's advice, and throw in Neos Alius & Gemini Spark, still targetable for Future Fusion, Hero Blast, and whatnot.

If you need to Discard Necroshade, which I've had to do on several occasions (he has, with DN shuffler being a horrendous troll at times, been a deaddraw on occasion.), I'd consider either Rainbow Life or Lightning Vortex, or something of that nature.

The Cybers are okay in terms of their own deck, but honestly I wouldn't run them unless you were maxxing out Ehero The Shining. Reason being-
Cyber Dragon= Light Monster
Ehero the Shining requires a Light monster

Personally, I'd say move out a coupla classic fusions to max out the Shining since you're running Cybers, and I agree totally with Pabel, if you're running maxxed out Sparkman (my fav hero xD I approve.) & maxxed out KotS, you should be running Shining Flare Wingman.

Normally I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, but I might even say move out a poly or two for a Fusion Gate or two, seeing as how you would have a good chance to fuse alot, and maxxing out Shining + Fusion Gate could really work wonders.


All else fails, toss out the Cybers. They're not Heroes, and could, though with maxxing out Shining I doubt it, clog up the deck in terms of fusing.

And personally, I'd say trade in all, if not one, of the R - Righteous Justices to maxx out E-Call. (Obviously I understand you can only run 3 E-Calls >_>)
You have MST @2, and if you really needed to you might be able to use Stratos effect to nail some FD's, seeing as how he's a walking E-Call/R-Righteous Justice. I'd say it's not as important as searching out the Heroes you need.
