Horus Questions

Can you special summon Horus lv6 from graveyard with monster reborn?
Can you tribute summon Horus lv6 with the effect of soul exchange?
Can you target Horus lv6 for tributing with the effect of soul exchange?

Well you can revive it by Monster Reborn since its effect is not activated in the Graveyard. Horus' effect is Continuous, and is only activated when Horus is put in play.

As for Soul Exchange, I do not think it effects Horus at all.

I will leave the topic open for other answers if I am wrong.

Soul Exchange may be -activated- but if you -target- Horus LV6, the effect will be negated as long as Horus LV6 is face-up on the field.
