Goal is pretty obvious, lock the opponent and summon Plasma (or vice versa). Looking to run this build (or similar) this format, so keep that in mind when posting edits. Thank you.

here are my sugestions

- 2 armageddon knight (sure it works with necro gardnas and that junk but you will se why)
- 2 necro gardnas (there are better cards out there for this deck i think)
- 1 D-hero fear monger
- 1 dandy lion (i dont see it doing to gret here)
- all traps that arent decree (sry but running ohter traps with decree is a bad idea to me if you play decree go with quick-play spell defense like shrink)
- 1 veiler?

+ 2-3 D-hero dimon dude (you seems to hve enoguh targets for it)
+ 1 D-hero plasma
+ 1 summoner monk
+ 1-2 dark general freed or caius the shdow monarch
+ 1 scape goat
+ 2 shrink
+ 1 allure

I made a basic Horus lockdown, It locks down the field fast, but It can't summon plasma. I beat Wind-ups with it in my testing. going to continue working out the bugs and send it to you for free.

I like the idea of mimgrin, but I would still keep effect veiler, or if you feel more confortable with not maining it than to find room into siding it. Razz

you need another summoner monk....there are so many great combos you could do with it

like special summon armmageddon with monk and send necro then XYZ

special stratos with monk and add a D-hero to hand then XYZ

special dude with monk and activate effect then XYZ

he gives the deck a bit more speed but i cant decide whta to take out for him.....mabey BoM?

Hmm, I would run two lances instead of two shrinks. Since you could use lance on one of your guys to be evaded by bottomless, torrential, and what not. Also it could be used against your opponent to lower their guy`s attack, so you can attack their monster easily, so it`s really a two for one card.

I'm not stressing BTH, TT, or anything else like that, since I main 3 Decree, and I plan on siding some additional help once I figure out what I want to take out. However, I like the idea of using lance, just not over shrink in this. I will find room for it in the side also.

Rarely. If anything, I've always had a monster on the field, or one ready to be summoned. The times in which I haven't is when I get those horribad hands (2 Plasma/Malicious).
