Hardened Armed Dragon

is it possible to use Hardened Armed Dragon's effect while it is in the grave to special summon itself?

ussualy when it doesnt mention where you are supposed to summon it it is only from your hand

yeah... if i had one.... i don't go to tournaments for two reasons, 1. no money. and 2. no way to get to one

money is not neccesary you just check on a regional tourny
but where do you get your cards from? usually there are tournies there

not likely.... seeming as i trade for most of mine with friends and i'm somewhat retired right now due to college... and there is nowhere here that sells Yugioh other than Walmart and the like
